As an architectural photographer, I am passionate about revealing the unique identity and atmosphere of each space I capture. By highlighting the interplay of light, shadow, and form, I aim to reveal the structural precision and artistic essence of architectural works. I see buildings not only as architectural subjects but as environments with distinct character and emotional resonance. My work respects the integrity of each architectural subject, and I’m striving to convey the architect’s vision while adding my own interpretive layer as a photographer. My photography has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions internationally and some images are included in collections such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, as well as in private collections. I am honored to have received several awards, including the IPA 2024 International Photography Awards—1st Prize in the Architecture/Industrial category; the Architecture Photography MasterPrize Award 2023—Best of Best in Interior and Exterior Architecture Detail category; overall professional winner at the Blueprint Architecture Photography Awards in 2019; first prize in Vitra Belgium’s 2008 photo competition How to See (George Nelson); and the Award for Excellence at the Small Matters of Great Importance competition in 2013 for my Stairs series at the Edward Hopper House, NY. My photographs have also been featured in numerous books, magazines, and digital platforms.
